I'm a return guy for the look of old-school superheros. You can call me a corny old lady as much as you want, but I'd take the skinny stylings of Adam West over a roided-out Robert Pattinson any day of the week. I get that in our current superhero landscape, actors have to lie and say that they're on the most intense fitness and diet regimen in the world instead of openly praising the pharmaceutical science that got them their screen-ready bodies. I understand that if Hugh Jackman isn't as ripped as the literal comic book, fanboys will come out in droves to criticize even though they could never do what he does, roids or not. I just think that there's a limit to this, and if a character is really super, they can do incredible things without being Dave Bautista sized.
